We want you to love your Amazirhub experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 45 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team before being shipped back.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, damaged, or washed products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods (such as baby care or personal products)

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us again.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at contact@amazirhub.com with a photo of the issue.

For other exchanges (different size, color, etc.), we recommend returning your item and placing a new order once your refund is processed.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Amazirhub cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
